  16. <p>     Barney is being sued. A music publisher claims she owns rights
  17. to the Purple One's theme song, I Love You. The dinosaur's owners
  18. deny it. Though omitted from a recent NBC special, the ditty
  19. will continue to be sung on Barney's daily shows, pending a
  20. September court date.

  22. <p>     ABC's animated series The Critic, acclaimed by reviewers but
  23. a ratings disappointment, has been picked up by Fox. After "creative
  24. changes," the show will reappear at midseason.
